Ensure effective control of product development and modification processes. Responsible for planning, verifying, confirming, maintaining, and promoting new product processes, improve product development quality and reduce development costs. Assist with reviewing commercial quotation materials and lists.  III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Responsible to keep data, drawings, and standards effectively archived in a controlled way.2Responsible for development and confirmation of product standard requirements.3Responsible for Product Development APQP tasks as per IATF16949 and company internal process (Advanced Product Quality Planning) tasks including documentation.4Responsible for implementation of Engineering Change Notices.5Responsible for technical analysis and development of new products.6Responsible to lead Tooling Engineers, Process Engineers, and Packaging Engineers for requirements of their programs.7Responsible to monitor and aid the sample build and shipping process.8Responsible to track product status in production trials and acceptance of debugging parts.9Responsible to follow TS16949 and customer standards and internal development process.10Other duties as assignedIⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageAbility to read and understand English documents as needed. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Ability to speak, read and/or write Mandarin is a plus.Experience1 or more years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.EducationBachelor's Degree and above, major in mechanical engineering or related STEM degree.Physical ConditionAble to travel. Able to work in a manufacturing environment.Other RequirementsExperienced with manufacturing processes. Knowledge of automotive glass production a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional Knowledge, SkillsProficient in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, & OutlookProficient in three-dimensional software UG, CATIA, and AutoCAD.Experience in APQP documents such as [failure mode (FMEA), BOM, process flow diagram, DVP&R, etc.]Experience in project development is preferred.Training Required3 to 6 months at start may be spent in production environment for training purposes.Shadow current PE with his program to gain experienceV. Work Environment:
 Bright, clean and well-ventilated office building.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
