MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA Denver, CO, and East Providence, RI

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

  • These teams handle product onboarding, coordination with third party vendors and product launches.
  • Support the internal manufacturing team responsible for the evolution of our in house fulfilment and manufacturing systems.
  • Lead the Manufacturing and Shipping team on our existing platform, focusing on cost reduction across postage, labour and materials.
  • Create alignment with the Head of Product for eCommerce, working on customer experience to create and launch products quickly across various sales channels.
Product Strategy and Execution
  • Accountable for the successful execution of product launches, establishing them as a streamlined and efficient value stream.
  • Ensure integration and alignment of product data via the Product Information Management system and our fulfilment network across MOO.
  • Drive the transition from legacy to new platforms, facilitating the integration of internal manufacturing and Manufacturing and Shipping teams.
Operational Excellence
  • Enhance operational processes and reduce costs, particularly in shipping and product launch procedures.
  • Implement both in house and outsourced product development strategies, including drop shipping products globally.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with business teams across MOO to ensure product launches are fast, repeatable and self serve.
  • Coordinate with other technology teams to align product development with company technology infrastructure and strategic goals.
Goals & Expectations
  • Streamline the product launch process to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Drive the transition from legacy to new platforms, optimising team structures and processes.
  • Achieve significant cost reductions in manufacturing and shipping operations.
About You
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in a technology driven e commerce environment.
  • Experience working in a role where your customers are internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced line manager of Product Managers, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes, particularly in manufacturing, shipping, fulfilment or supply chain.
  • Experience in managing product launches and driving operational cost reductions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
