Job Purpose

Support the execution of VulcanForms’ capital raising, investor, and strategic initiatives. This role sits at the center of the company’s financing activity, providing the analytical, diligence, and process support that keeps multiple institutional transactions running in parallel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data rooms and diligence workflows across the company’s active financing processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to investor and lender requests
  • Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and supporting materials for capital raising and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare investor presentations, process trackers, and internal updates to a high standard of quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate diligence and information requests across internal finance, legal, and operations teams, and interface with sell-side advisors and counterparties as needed
  • Support the evaluation of M&A targets and strategic alternatives as opportunities arise
  • Contribute to the build-out of a formal, institutional Corporate Development function
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement fluency and the ability to maintain and audit existing models
  • Experience supporting or participating in sell-side (equity financing) and buy-side (M&A) processes, including working alongside external advisors
  • Strong PowerPoint and materials-production skills, with board-quality output
  • Prior transaction experience, including familiarity with diligence processes and data rooms
  • Self-sufficient and detail-oriented, comfortable operating on a lean team with direct exposure to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Heavy financial modeling experience, including complex or transaction-grade models built and maintained independently
  • Experience managing sell-side or buy-side processes end-to-end
  • Coverage or deal experience in industrial tech, advanced manufacturing, or aerospace & defense
  • Exposure to structured finance or project finance
