Food Production Associate - Position Overview

It is the responsibility of the Food Production Associate to prepare, bake, decorate, finish, and issue various types of pastries, breads and cakes, and to assure preparation and service is of the highest possible quality and completed in a timely manner. Shifts are in the afternoon, beginning at 3:00PM and ending around 11:00PM. We are looking for responsible, driven people, who can manage the responsibilities given to them and who are ready to get the job done correctly. We take neatness into consideration, employee must be clean, with themselves and with company property, must be willing to take the job seriously and manage their own responsibilities. Job requires you to be independent, therefore employees must be able to stay on task.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
  • Follow food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
  • Accurately mix cake donut batter and yeast raised donut dough
  • Roll and cut donut dough consistently
  • Frying donuts
  • Glaze, sugar and fill donuts
  • Thoroughly clean equipment and tools
Education/Experience:
  • Baking Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Food Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Commercial Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
