Description of DutiesThis position on is located in Washington, D.C. Duties include and not limited to the following:
  • Communication and Briefing Skills
  • Expertise in strategic planning, coordination, logistics and vast familiarity with senior and flag level support, including new program initiatives
  • Knowledgeable on DoD/DON Policies and Procedures relating to systems engineering process, software development and software management, verification and validation, test and evaluation and Navy combat systems
  • Knowledgeable with Product Development and Strategic Budget Manager functions
  • Expertise in strategic planning, coordination, logistics, and new program initiatives

Notes:
  • This Position is contingent upon contract award
  • This is not a telework position
  • You must hold a valid driver's license
  • You must own a reliable motor vehicle

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field and Ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience
  • Understanding of the structure and organization of the Sponsor
  • Ability to maintain project schedules, calendars, and tasks in workflow tool suites
  • Ability to coordinate work schedules to accommodate customer needs
  • Ability to individually produce and speak to technical reports
  • Ability to lead and direct a technical team

Other required skills/experience:
  • Your resume/cv accepted by our customer
  • Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Tool suite
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates
  • Self-starter drive and ability to translate, write and speak to technical issues
  • Ability to take direction from several sources and execute seamlessly in a timely fashion
  • Ability to multi-task

Required Skills and Certifications:
  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
