Competitive base salary with quarterly bonus opportunities Work onsite with cross-functional teams and enjoy a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off 401(k) with company contribution and discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life benefits Week-long Christmas shutdown and paid holidays An engaging culture that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation Purpose-driven work, contributing directly to products that shape the aerospace industry What You'll Do: Technical Oversight Oversee the development of electromechanical aerospace assemblies Lead the technical team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, on assigned new product introduction projects from inception through validation until transition to production Conduct risk and opportunity assessments during the design phase, including directing trade studies Complete compliance matrices for statements of work and technical specifications with input from the engineering team Create and manage the Microsoft Project schedule and project resource allocation Develop and maintain development budgets Communicate status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and customers utilizing PowerPoint presentations Work closely with individuals from all disciplines, including sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality Customer Engagement Manage external customer expectations, communications, negotiations, and scope creep Build and manage external customer relationships and expectations by utilizing effective communication and management skills Prepare and deliver program status reports What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in essential functions Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives Background in electromechanical product development preferred Excellent organizational and planning skills Willingness to travel for business, approximately 5% (domestic and international).

Compensation : Base salary: $83,000 through $100,000, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs. This position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export-control laws
