Position Summary: The Business Development Associate supports daily business operations, customer service, and administrative tasks across TMT companies. This role works closely with the Business Operations Manager to learn company processes, assist customers, and help improve internal systems.


This position is designed as a growth opportunity, providing hands-on experience in business operations, customer relationships, and the development of new processes. Over time, the role may also support research and projects related to products, customers, and sustainability initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Operations
    • Process and track customer orders from start to finish
    • Coordinate with warehouse and team members on shipping and inventory
    • Help improve order processes for better accuracy and efficiency
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer questions about orders, products, and shipping
    • Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
    • Help resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Customer Outreach and Support
    • Follow up with existing customers on orders and needs
    • Assist with reaching out to potential customers
    • Help identify ways to improve customer relationships
  • Research and Market Support
    • Assist in researching existing and potential products.
    • Help gather information to support business decisions.
