Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will coordinate launch data, timing plans, KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestones, and program tracking systems.
  • Track and report KPIs, readiness metrics, glide paths, and Plan-vs-Actual performance.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate WPI processes, meetings, reviews, documentation, and stakeholder actions.
  • Support pilot builds, production readiness, launch events, and resource planning.
  • Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.


RequirementsBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with vehicle launches, production startup, or launch readiness.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean Manufacturing.
