Job description

Join our team as a Product Data Coordinator, where you'll help ensure the accuracy, organization, and seamless flow of product data across the company. You'll work closely with cross functional partners to manage item details, maintain high data integrity, and conduct regular audits to keep information current and accurate.

In This Role

  • Maintain and update detailed product data for all items, ensuring item setups are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards and customer requirements
  • Support monthly and quarterly data audits by reviewing item records, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with corrective actions to uphold data integrity
  • Validate and enter new and existing item updates in various systems including costing, dimensions, bill of materials, and vendor information
  • Partner with merchandising, product development and international data teams on both internal and customer-specific programs and developments
  • Gather and consolidate product information from cross-functional partners for monthly product launches
  • Initiate and participate in cross-functional project teams to help with process improvements related to product data and ensure that product data is accurately reflected in all required systems.

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years of experience in product data entry or product development coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar function
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to troubleshoot data related issues
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated
  • Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to balance competing priorities
