Job description

Responsible for managing Basic Book and Travel products and coordinating commercial area implementations, ensuring the proper execution of product launches, updates, and enhancements, as well as alignment between business, operations, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes, and updates requested by commercial teams.
  • Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
  • Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
  • Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
  • Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
