What You'll Do

  • Vehicle and Technology Expertise:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies offered by Bergstrom Automotive.
    • Stay up-to-date on new product launches, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Guest Engagement:
    • Welcome and assist guests by providing product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
    • Educate guests on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, such as infotainment systems, safety technologies, and connectivity options.
    • Conduct test drives and answer questions to ensure guests feel confident in their vehicle choices.
  • Support the Sales Team:
    • Collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey.
    • Assist in explaining product features and benefits to enhance the sales process.
    • Provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology and updates.
  • Delivery Experience:
    • Ensure each guest receives a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience.
    • Demonstrate how to operate vehicle features and set up customization options for guests.
    • Follow up with guests post-purchase to answer questions and provide continued support.
  • Showroom Presentation:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Variable hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm
Saturday rotation of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
(day off during the week when working Saturday)
Pay of $16.00-19.00/hour based on experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for automotive technology and guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
