Job Summary:
Propelus simplifies workforce compliance management across healthcare. The (Sr.) Director of Product will lead the strategy and growth of the B2B product portfolio, manage a team of Product Managers, and ensure product compliance while driving revenue growth and market expansion.

• Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own the roadmap for the multi-product B2B healthcare suite. You will identify market expansion opportunities, manage pricing strategies, and drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.

• Regulatory Navigation: Translate the complex and shifting regulatory landscape into product opportunities. You will ensure our portfolio remains the gold standard for compliance while maintaining a fast pace of innovation.
• Integrations & UX as a Value Driver: Act as the strategic lead for critical roadmap questions, such as integration strategy and redefining User Experience (UX) to drive business value.
• Strategic Business Impact: Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadences to communicate ROI and business cases to the C-suite. You will be the primary advocate for the B2B portfolio's performance and future investment needs.
Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience, specifically within Healthcare SaaS, Workforce Management, Credentialing, or HR Compliance.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers, with a proven ability to level up a team's strategic thinking.
• A track record of defining product visions and translating them into roadmaps that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• You are a self-starter who can take full ownership of a portfolio from Day 1, requiring limited oversight to execute complex, growth-oriented plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills. You can distill complex data into a clear vision that excites both internal teams and enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to guide decision-making.
• You treat your product portfolio like a business, with a deep understanding of unit economics, monetization models, and pricing strategy.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, a solid understanding of AI/ML applications, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence.
