The produce industry plays a vital role in ensuring a steady supply of nutritious and perishable food products. It also encompasses food safety, quality control, and logistics to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Jobs in this industry can range from agricultural roles to marketing, logistics, and quality assurance positions.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in the produce industry?

Professionals in the produce industry often face challenges related to the perishability of products, seasonal fluctuations, and maintaining product quality during transportation.
