Licensed or Unlicensed Loan Officer Assistant, or Product Experienced Loan Processor?
Are you looking for a stable, team-oriented opportunity where your skills will be valued?
We're hiring an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing loan origination team in Santa Rosa, CA at Premier Lending. (prefer in office but will consider a West Coast-based loan partner) You'll work directly with clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close.
What You'll Do:
  • Take loan applications
  • Track and follow up with leads daily
  • Provide customer support and loan status updates
  • Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions

Compensation
$65,000 plus commission bonuses
Responsibilities
• Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
• Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
• Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation, then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
• Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items
• Gather and coordinate the necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
Qualifications
• Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
• 3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
• MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and Encompass experience is a MUST.
• Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as Conventional Loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, Non-QM loans, etc.
