Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives. This role requires an AI-first mindset, strong delivery leadership, organizational change management awareness, and the ability to operate across multiple disciplines including project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive steering committee meetings, defining business requirements, managing Jira backlogs, driving organizational readiness, and partnering with technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role is not limited to traditional project management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor capable of wearing multiple hats throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead complex enterprise technology implementations and transformation programs
  • Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, operating committees, and stakeholder meetings
  • Drive project governance and decision-making processes
  • Ensure delivery aligns with strategic business objectives

Agile Delivery & Work Management
  • Serve as Jira administrator, power user, or delivery lead
  • Manage backlogs, epics, stories, defects, change requests, and sprint planning activities
  • Establish governance processes and delivery standards within Jira or similar platforms
  • Monitor project metrics, velocity, burn-down trends, and delivery performance
  • Drive continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices

Business Analysis & Solution Leadership
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with architects and technical teams to evaluate solution options
  • Ensure business requirements remain aligned throughout implementation

Organizational Change Management
  • Incorporate change management practices into project planning and execution
  • Assess organizational impacts and stakeholder readiness
  • Partner with business leaders to develop communication, training, and adoption strategies
  • Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Ensure projects address both technical delivery and people impacts

Client & Engagement Management

AI-Driven Delivery

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years leading enterprise technology projects
  • Experience managing large-scale ERP, CRM, PLM, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Atlassian, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Advanced Jira expertise
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience facilitating executive-level discussions and governance meetings
  • Strong business analysis and process improvement capabilities
  • Experience with organizational change management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience serving as both Project Manager and OCM Lead
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing advisory environments
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools and platforms
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Telecom, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, or Financial Services experience
