Location: Charlotte, NC
Multiple Positions Available:
Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for a Fulfillment Center. Manage and lead a team of Area Managers. Coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met, and build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center. Use Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies and performance metrics to increase efficiency within processes. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives to enable functional area and the Fulfillment Center to meet and exceed business plan. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations. Participate in the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Area Managers. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Area Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments. Leverage Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area. Ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and among the network. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related field and three years of experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment or operations. ; 2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics ; 3) experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
