Preparing by developing strong project management skills, staying updated on compliance requirements, and building a reliable network of vendors can help you successfully handle these complexities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Procurement Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Procurement Specialist, you need strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a background in supply chain management or business, often supported by a relevant degree or certification such as CPSM.
