ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs. * Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing. * Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track. * Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals. * Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field * 4+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement * Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints * Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in McHenry, MS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. US Salary Range $111,000 - $147,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
