The use of wellness breaks during the workday is authorized to support this philosophy and assist employees in meeting their wellness goals. Job Responsibilities -Under general supervision, receives, stores, and issues property and supplies.

Coordinates property management and inventory control. -Checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and clarity -Conducts physical inventories -Coordinates the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies from established vendors - Engages in receiving, storin, and shipping all types of materials and supplies -Maintains inventory control and maintains inventory control records - Processes field purchase orders - Reviews and audits warehouse records and reports -Reviews requisitions to verify if merchandise is contracted -Screens, receives, stores, inventories and distributes surplus property All East Central Health District 6 employees are deemed essential workers in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event including but not limited to: staffing a shelter, working at a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or working at a Point of Dispensing site (POD).

If you are called on to participate, you are required to report to the designated site as a condition of employment, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of job related experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain management or 1 year of experience at the lower level Purchasing Agent I (FET040) or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Use of Microsoft O365 platforms with experience in Microsoft excel - Communicates verbally and in writing - Involves moderate to heavy physical activity - Knowledge of purchasing principles and procurement procedures. -Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, staff, and managem MAPEP Under the pre-employment fitness-for-duty this position is considered a Category 2: Active: Involves moderate to heavy physical activity, potentially dangerous equipment operation, and/or exposure to unusual working conditions like weather extremes or chemicals. Examples include warehouse clerks, trades technicians, and mechanics.
