As a Junior Procurement Professional on our team, you will support end-to-end procurement activities including vendor quotes, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation. You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking procurement files in accordance with company policies and federal acquisition requirements, while helping maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Deltek Costpoint and related procurement systems.
On our team, you will grow your skills in federal procurement processes, subcontract administration, and supply chain operations while working closely with experienced procurement professionals.
Qualifications
You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, subcontract administration, supply chain, or a business-related function
  • Experience with providing support for procurement actions including vendor quotes, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation
  • Experience with Providing support in the preparation, review, and tracking of procurement-related files in alignment with company policies and federal requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite Tools (i.e. Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word) at a proficient level
  • Knowledge of procurement systems such as Deltek (Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Procurement modules)
  • Knowledge of essential elements of subcontract or purchase order structure
  • Ability to research regulations pertinent to industry
  • Ability to maintain accurate records in procurement systems and support data entry, updates, and reporting tasks
  • Ability to assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, such as FAR, as directed
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $28.84 to $38.46 per hour.
