Baker Hughes Bently Nevada offers a plant‐wide, holistic suite of control system and machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our team supports the supply chain management. Responsibilities Interfacing with production/suppliers to schedule the receipt of raw material to meet production demand and ensuring the timely execution of MRP signals minimizing/managing potential line downs. Issuing purchase orders using sound purchasing practices ensuring applicable company and government regulations are followed. Identifying and managing material plans that do not meet customer requirements with clear communication to materials leadership shaping resolution. Developing supplier relationships and building supplier delivery and inventory metrics accurate to plan. Monitoring implementation of corrective action plans. Monitoring and controlling engineering change for cut‐over plans, as well as supporting coordination of supply chain/engineering with the suppliers if necessary. Meeting the requirements of customer on‐time delivery through tasks necessary to succeed. Qualifications Have bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Materials capacity. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, establish effective work priorities, create improvement, have persuasive and resilient nature. Demonstrate effective analytical and organizational skills. Have solid oral, written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Desired Characteristics Have the knowledge/understanding of ERP systems and/or SAP experience. Have completed an APICS training course.
