Position Overview
The Planning & Procurement Coordinator works within the Planning & Procurement team, providing broad exposure to purchasing, supplier management, and supply planning processes. This role is responsible for maintaining purchasing documentation, inbound shipment records, and item master data, ensuring accurate information is available to support supplier performance, purchasing activities, and supply planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Purchase Contracts (PCs), Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documentation.
  • Audit purchasing documentation for accuracy and compliance while maintaining purchasing workbooks.
  • Creates Inbound Shipments (INBSHIPs) records using supplier and Logistics information.
  • Update Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information on PCs and POs based on supplier-provided updates.
  • Support new product introductions by creating and maintaining item records for main products, components, accessories, and service parts.
