Position Summary

The Construction Quoting Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate project quotes and tracking quotes internally. This role works closely with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing information, analyze project specifications, and develop competitive bids.

Responsibilities
  • Review blueprints, project specifications, and bid documents
  • Work with project managers to create accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates
  • Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Develop detailed project quotes and proposals
  • Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to ensure quote accuracy
  • Maintain pricing databases and vendor relationships
  • Track project costs and assist with budget forecasting
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure deadlines for bid submissions are met
  • Assist in contract and scope review processes
Qualifications
