We're Looking For A: Sales & Operations Manager

Location: Richfield, WI

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and lead an S&OP process for pet food.
  • Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization such as forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.
  • Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&OP.
  • Works closely with Demand & Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory.
  • Creates and manages capacity models for each category and presents risks to leadership team.
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.
  • Designs and installs the monthly S&OP cadence from the ground and coordinates and facilitates the planning meetings with Supply Chain and executive team.
  • Communicate with planning and production about promotions, new products and launch timing updates.
  • Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to ensure alignment and resolves any supply or demand issues.
  • Assist in the new product development process.
  • Becomes an ERP (NetSuite) superuser and assists with training when necessary.
  • Builds capacity and allocation visibility across owned plants and co-manufacturing partners, including co-man capacity constraints, allocation decisions, and co-man performance/OTIF tracking.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • MA or MBA in a related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years in the Consumer Goods industry
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain/S&OP role
  • 5+ years in an analytics role
  • 3+ years team leadership experience
  • Supply Chain or Sales Operations experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 10+ years in Consumer Goods analytics (preferred)
  • Experience with collaborative forecasting processes (preferred)
