Position Summary...The Manager, Utility Partnerships oversees utility vendor relationships across electric, gas, water, sewer, and propane services for the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. This role supports regulatory proceedings, manages utility cost forecasting, and executes utility product approvals. The position involves developing strategic partnerships with utility leaders, securing energy efficiency incentives, and leading a team to meet operational and sustainability goals. The manager ensures compliance with company policies while fostering a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement and delivers value aligned with Walmart's mission and standards.
The Utility Partnership Operation Team manages relationships with utility partners across the U.S. and Canada to ensure reliable power access for Walmart projects. The team oversees daily utility operations, coordinates facility air traffic control, and drives strategic partnerships. By aligning internal teams with external stakeholders, they support project execution and optimize utility services. The team emphasizes effective communication, financial and energy analysis, and operational management to maintain seamless facility operations.
