ELS is hiring for the position of Procurement Analyst in Chicago, Illinois.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support enterprise-wide sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative business partner with strong analytical skills who can manage supplier relationships, improve purchasing processes, and drive value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle activities, and national supplier programs.
  • Manage supplier performance, pricing reviews, rebates, and reporting to maximize value and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain procurement resources including supplier catalogs, purchasing portal content, guided buying tools, and employee communications.
  • Partner with teams to support CAPEX purchasing, quote management, vendor onboarding, issue resolution, and preferred supplier compliance.
  • Develop spend analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement performance.
  • Identify process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, employee account administration, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
