That means MRP strategy tied to production schedules, supplier relationships for resins, glass fibers, hardware, and coatings (domestic and international), lot traceability and shelf-life compliance, freight and logistics planning, and continuous improvement on all of it. You'll also be a cross-functional partner- Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance all need you working with them, not around them.
The team you're leading includes buyers, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Part of the job is developing that team and scaling it ahead of business growth.
This role is intentionally positioned for growth. As GEOTEK continues to expand, so will the scope and leadership opportunity for the right person.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in materials management, supply chain, or procurement in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience
• Direct international sourcing and supplier management experience is required
• Comfort managing temperature-sensitive, lot-controlled, or technically specified materials
• Experience with supplier qualification, dual sourcing, and strategic supply agreements
• Leadership experience- you've managed a team and you know how to build one
Composites experience is a plus but not required.
The compensation range for this position is $112,000 - $155,000 annually. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.

Using proprietary processes and several patented inventions, GEOTEK manufactures and distributes engineered fiberglass composites that are used by the transmission and distribution power lines and substations.
