  • Interpret bid documents, drawings, specs, and site conditions to scope and price accuratel
  • Own the estimating lifecycle—from early-stage scoping to final proposal review
  • Validate pricing models, labor assumptions, subcontractor inputs, and vendor quotes
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution plans
  • Maintain estimating tools, cost databases, and historical benchmarks to improve accuracy
  • Support leadership with risk assessments and pricing strategy for key bids
