THE POSITION:
STACK is seeking a Procurement Analyst - Operations Procurement who will report directly to the Manager Procurement-Operations Procurement. This role supports the operational supply chain across STACK's data center portfolio in North America, with a focus on sourcing, contracting, and purchasing goods and services that keep facilities running efficiently and reliably.
This position will manage multiple aspects of the operational procurement process, including bidding and negotiating service agreements, evaluating supplier performance, and analyzing spend data to drive cost savings and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience managing MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) procurement, service contracts, and supplier performance analytics, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments such as Operations, Facilities, Engineering, and Finance.
This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, vendor reliability, and cost effectiveness across STACK's active data center portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and facilities needs across North America.
  • Lead or support RFI/RFP activities for operational categories including facility services, spare parts, consumables, and critical infrastructure support vendors.
  • Conduct competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure best-value agreements that support uptime and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Facilities leadership to forecast demand, establish sourcing priorities, and maintain continuity of service for mission-critical equipment and services.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and supporting corrective action plans as needed.
  • Perform cost modeling, spend analysis, and total cost of ownership assessments to identify and execute savings opportunities.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs) from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment.
  • Support contract management and compliance tracking in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
  • Contribute to the implementation of procurement systems, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
  • Provide meaningful reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on procurement performance, market trends, and category strategies.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' Procurement experience required or equivalent
  • Data Center Operations experience a must
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation Range:
$94,340.00 - $104,940.00
