Job Description
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Boeing Security. Suppliers, refer to your Supplier Guide for information on this requirement.Conducts cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models. Prepares strategies and leads price negotiations with supplier. Reviews Statement of Work (SOW) packages and develops pricing instructions, matrices and bid instructions for the Request for Quote/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP). Applies quantitative analysis in the development of supplier pricing and analytical models. Identifies statement of work and determines model coverage. Conducts financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems. Develops estimates from historical data, parametric analysis and technical requirements. Prepares Priced Bill of Material estimate. Analyzes material cost, schedule and performance data and develops Estimate at Complete (EAC). Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
