A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to support its enterprise-wide procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing procurement-related agreements across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal playbooks and compliance standards.
  • Manage and maintain the centralized contract repository, tracking renewals, deliverables, deadlines, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals with teams such as Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor negotiations and oversee end-to-end contract execution.
  • Support the full contract lifecycle by collaborating closely with legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations teams.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract process, obligations, and policy requirements.
  • Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses for leadership review.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of standard templates, clauses, workflows, and operational policies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
  • Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters as necessary.
  • Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and industry updates impacting procurement and contracting practices.
Required Proficiencies
  • Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification is an advantage.
