Lead D365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid

Client: Leading Beverage Company

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM Functional Consultant to lead and drive end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on functional expertise across multiple D365 F&O Supply Chain modules and proven experience working directly with US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and go-live.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions.
  • Configure and optimize key SCM modules, including:
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Inventory Management
  • Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Sales & Order Management
  • Master Planning (MRP)
  • Production Control
  • Transportation Management (TMS)
  • Lead functional workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance on D365 F&O SCM best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 13+ years of overall experience with ERP / Supply Chain solutions.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O / Dynamics AX SCM modules.
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and end-to-end SCM business processes.
  • Experience across Procurement, Inventory, WMS, MRP, Production Control, Order Management, and/or Transportation Management.
  • Proven experience delivering D365 F&O SCM implementations in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience working directly with US-based customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and functional consulting skills.


Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. The number of onsite days may vary depending on the project stage. Candidates from nearby locations who can travel to Seattle or candidates willing to relocate may also be considered.
