Summary

The Vice President of Renovations & Procurement is a strategic executive leader responsible for driving the vision, planning, and execution of all renovation and FF&E procurement initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Design & Construction, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards while leading high-performing teams and fostering strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all renovation projects from pre-development through completion, ensuring alignment with design intent, brand standards, and business objectives.
  • Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.
  • Direct pre-development planning, including design review, budgeting, scheduling, and Board-level presentations.
  • Lead contractor bidding, negotiation, and selection processes.
  • Manage construction partners and firms, ensuring performance against scope, cost, schedule, and KPIs.
  • Oversee FF&E procurement strategy and management of third-party purchasing agents.
  • Provide regular executive reporting on project performance, risks, timelines, and financial outcomes.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, purchasing partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Drive process improvements, innovation, and operational efficiencies across renovation and procurement functions.

  • 10+ years of experience in FF&E procurement preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale hospitality projects and diverse project teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
