OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industryseeking anAssociate Purchasing Specialistto support purchasing activities to meet branch, project, and operational material needs. They willassistwith purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination to ensuretimelyandaccuratefulfillment. They willmaintainpurchasing records and supports data accuracy across systems. The Associate Purchasing Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to address routinepurchasingrequests and support operational continuity.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processpurchaseorders, transfers, and invoices to support operational purchasing requirements.

  • Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities based on established guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gatherpurchasingrequirements and address routine inquiries.

  • Communicate with vendors to support order placement, status updates, and issue resolution.

  • Maintainaccuratepurchasing records, documentation, and system data.

  • Assistwith reporting and data collection related topurchasingactivities and inventory levels.

  • Supportpurchasingworkflow processes and systemutilization.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
