PromptCare is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a P&L Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments, managing medication and medical supply inventory, and overseeing warehouse operations, company fleet, and facilities. Supports data analytics and formulary implementation across pharmacy locations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with the company's formulary and vendor agreements. Maintains accurate product and pricing data in CPR+ and ensures compliance with GPO, manufacturer, and distributor contracts. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Location: Lenexa, KS


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, Supply Chain - preferred. 
  • Pharmacy Technician training - preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis, variance reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software.

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

  1. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
  • Participates in RFPs and business development initiatives.
  • Represents Infusion Services at forums and conferences.


2. Compliance & Contract Management

  • Assesses compliance with rebate contracts and purchasing policies.
  • Reviews purchase orders and daily reports for formulary compliance.
  • Supports policy and procedure documentation.

3. Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Manages medical supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and cost verification.
  • Coordinates with Pharmacy and Nursing to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Monitors vendor pricing and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintains and updates CPR+ and formulary records daily.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develops reports and spreadsheets for drug trends, rebates, and formulary changes.
  • Supports procurement analytics and financial alignment with invoice processes.

5. Operations & Logistics

  • Assists with warehouse organization, deliveries, and fleet vehicle coordination.
  • Manages promotional material logistics and supports facility safety compliance.

6. Field Support & Vendor Relations

  • Provides purchasing and sourcing support to field locations.
  • Acts as a liaison for vendor issue resolution.
