About the Role:

The Procurement Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless acquisition of materials and services essential for International Grains & Cereal manufacturing operations within the organization. This position is responsible for supporting the Procurement Analyst and coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate records to support production schedules and cost efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and finance to align procurement strategies with operational needs. The Procurement Coordinator will also monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ultimately, this role ensures that the manufacturing process is supported by timely and cost-effective procurement, contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
