Full Time/First Shift
The Clinic Manager provides oversight of staff members across office clinic locations. The position works closely with physicians to manage operations, resources, and issues across all locations. This role also collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and the efficient functioning of Baptist Health clinics.
Responsibility and Essential Duties:
  • Directs and supervises all aspects of patient care in one or more clinic settings.
  • Evaluates and improves operational processes for quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoots issues as they occur.
  • Oversees coordination of physician schedules and clinic logistics.
  • Serves as liaison to other departments to support seamless care.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Collaborates with Practice Manager, physicians, and staff to plan budgets.
  • Plans resources to meet clinic growth and rounding needs.
  • Oversees procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Works with Practice Manager to justify and recruit qualified staff.
  • Retains competent staff by addressing needs and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Oversees orientation, training, and competency evaluations
  • Provides performance reviews and timely counseling in collaboration with MA supervisors and physicians.
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution and leadership skills.

Minimum Education, Experience and Licensures Required:
  • High School/GED
  • Bachelor's degree in leadership or BSN preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • EPIC experience preferred
