About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with our client to find a Procurement Specialist for an onsite position. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow your career, and support a busy operations team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the operations, accounting, and other teams to help with purchasing and inventory.
  • Create, track, and update purchase orders throughout the buying process.
  • Record incoming inventory and make sure product information is entered correctly into company systems.
  • Look into inventory differences and help fix any data issues.
  • Review invoices, receiving documents, and purchase records to make sure everything is accurate.
  • Keep purchasing files organized and up to date.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to organize and manage purchasing and inventory information.


Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Recent graduates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
