Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clerical/Administrative to provide high-level administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex clerical tasks with minimal supervision.

Typing proficiency (50+ words per minute).
Duties include accounting, spreadsheet management, and clerical functions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Adobe document conversion.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office records, reports, and correspondence

  • Assist in preparing presentations, financial reports, and other business documents

  • Handle complex data entry, database management, and document processing

  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules

  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
