Job description

We are currently seeking Procurement Analyst candidates for an upcoming project pending contract award, targeting a September 1 start date. The individual in this role will provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support services to NIH, including:
  • Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development
  • Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations
  • Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations
  • Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout
  • Analyze procurement data and generate reports
  • Ensure compliance and support process improvements
Hiring Timeframe: Upcoming
Work Location: This position is onsite 5 days/week in Rockville, MD. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA.
Qualifications:
  • Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations.
  • Experience analyzing Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), procurement workload, and contract performance metrics.
  • Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems.

Education Requirements:
  • The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Substitution: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.

Salary Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65K-$75K per year. This range reflects factors such as geographic location, skills, experience, training, certifications, contract-specific affordability, and organizational needs.
