Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Onboarding Coordinator to support the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers. This role involves working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth integration into company systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify supplier documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Coordinate onboarding activities between suppliers and internal teams

  • Maintain and update supplier records and onboarding status in systems

  • Support compliance checks and ensure adherence to onboarding requirements

  • Handle data entry and documentation management tasks efficiently

  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues

  • Process supplier profile updates through the ESLC portal

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in supplier/vendor onboarding or administrative support roles preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
