Procurement Administrative Assistants are professionals who support the procurement or purchasing department within an organization. They handle administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, maintaining records, communicating with vendors, and assisting with inventory management. Their role ensures that procurement operations run smoothly and efficiently, helping the organization acquire goods and services as needed. They also help with preparing reports, tracking orders, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill procurement needs.
