Traveling Project Superintendent - Commercial
Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take on a leadership role that offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a lasting impact? As a Traveling Project Superintendent in the commercial sector, you'll oversee complex retail, restaurant, and auto projects across various locations, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Bring your expertise and passion for quality construction as you manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years supervision experience in commercial construction, preferably with GC/CM firms
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Proven skill in managing multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software such as Procore (certification a plus)
  • Ability to produce innovative solutions for challenges on-site
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification or ability to obtain
  • Certifications such as Walmart Safety, Waste, Stormwater, or related fields are valued
