Job Description Procore Implementation Specialist Terms: 12-month, W-2 contract Location: Onsite, Kansas City, KS *** Please note: This role is not open to third party vendors or candidates. We are seeking a Procore Implementation Specialist to drive efficient project delivery through advanced tools, automation, and emerging technologies.

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement technologies that improve workflows and client outcomes. What You'll Do Partner with project teams and leadership to identify challenges and develop technology-driven solutions Analyze and document business processes to improve efficiency and execution Design and present solutions involving software, hardware, and automation Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, including defining benefits and measurable outcomes Implement new tools and support successful adoption across teams Evaluate and enhance existing technologies to improve project delivery Research and apply emerging technologies to services and client solutions Share industry trends and insights with leadership Contribute to developing new products, services, and business opportunities Support business case development for strategic initiatives and partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions Manage vendor relationships and evaluate integration opportunities What You Bring Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years Experience in a consulting or project-based environment preferred Strong understanding of project delivery, process improvement, and engineering concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as CAD, GIS, or data analysis platforms Procore experience (1+ year required) Knowledge of data analytics and computer logic is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly Nice to Have Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification Capstone Consulting is an EEO employer.
