Job description

TSB Title is expanding into the South Florida market and is seeking a highly experienced Title Processor to help support our continued growth.

We are an attorney-backed title and settlement company with an established presence in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. As we expand into Miami, we are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented processor who can play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service, efficient closings, and a seamless experience for our clients and referral partners.

Responsibilities

  • Process residential purchase, refinance, cash, and seller-side transactions from contract to close

  • Open and manage files accurately and efficiently

  • Review purchase agreements, title commitments, lender instructions, surveys, and supporting documentation

  • Order and coordinate payoffs, HOA/condominium estoppels, tax information, surveys, and other closing requirements

  • Clear title issues and perform title curative work independently

  • Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, and closing packages

  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other parties throughout the transaction process

  • Ensure all lender conditions and title requirements are satisfied prior to closing

  • Schedule and coordinate closing appointments

  • Manage recording and post-closing requirements

  • Prepare and coordinate disbursements

  • Issue final title policies and endorsements accurately and timely

  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of title processing experience required

  • Florida title processing experience required

  • Strong understanding of Florida title insurance and closing procedures

  • Experience handling title clearance and curative matters independently

  • Extensive knowledge of Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, title policies, and lender requirements

  • Experience with Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar title software preferred

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage files with minimal supervision

  • Florida Title Agent License preferred but not required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
