Loan Processor

Chapman Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership organization that has delivered exceptional service and a customer-first experience since 1966. As one of the leading automotive retailers in Arizona and Nevada, we take pride in our strong team culture and commitment to excellence.

CAG Acceptance is the finance division of Chapman Automotive Group, specializing in sub-prime and non-prime automotive lending. We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our Lending team. In this role, you will review and prepare loan packages, verify documentation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and support the loan approval process from application through final review. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to accuracy while building positive relationships with dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and verify all required loan stipulations and documentation
  • Evaluate loan packages to ensure compliance with company policies and underwriting guidelines
  • Read and analyze credit reports to support lending decisions
  • Prepare completed loan files for final underwriting review
  • Communicate effectively with dealership personnel and the Lending Department throughout the loan process
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information and maintain detailed processing records
  • Follow up on loan approvals, coordinate contract pickups from dealerships, and build strong dealer relationships

Qualifications

  • Experience processing and/or underwriting automotive or consumer loans
  • Ability to read and interpret credit reports
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
