PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive basket of insurance products to a diverse client base. PHP provides a part-time or full-time opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. Job Summary
This position is responsible for data entry, research and calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions from various insurance carriers to be distributed to our dedicated servicing agents. The Commissions Processor is focused on ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and the highest level of customer service to our internal and external clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in revenue assignments and commission pay • Handles research tasks and error resolution, communicates with our field agents and internal departments to resolve problems
  • Ensure adequate troubleshooting and resolution during high-volume periods
  • Process payroll using third-party payroll system to ensure timely pay
  • Assist agents via phone/email with commission related inquiries as necessary and provide outstanding customer service
  • Additional duties as required by business needs

Primary Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral).
  • 1-2 years in a customer-centric business environment
  • Skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn internal CRM and external life insurance-related applications.
  • Excellent math and organizational skills required
  • Associate or bachelor's Degree a plus
  • 1099 Independent Contractor payroll experience a plus

100% On-Site at Company HQ in Dallas, TX
