Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company specializing in the collection and fractionation of blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products. Our therapies help treat and prevent serious diseases, including Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.

As a Processing Technician, you'll handle the critical steps of plasma processing, sampling, and storage while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. What you'll do
  • Complete aseptic sampling and heat sealing of plasma units, placing them in freezers within required timeframes to ensure quality.
  • Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures, reporting any deviations immediately.
  • Process plasma and samples according to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain product safety and integrity during processing, storage, and shipment.
  • Perform centrifugation, labeling, inspection, and classification of products.
  • Prepare, calibrate, and verify equipment maintenance as scheduled.
  • Manage product packing, inventory, and freezer organization for efficiency.
  • Control the disposition of unsuitable products with complete documentation.
  • Prepare and verify shipments according to SOPs.
  • Receive and inventory incoming supplies, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Identify released units daily and stage them for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity in all processing activities.
  • Follow unidirectional flow procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Keep the processing area clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Answer calls professionally, providing accurate information or transferring to the appropriate person.
  • Support production goals while ensuring donor questions are answered clearly and professionally.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
