Process Operator (1st Shift)

Pay: $18.50/hour

Location: Midlothian, TX 76065

Schedule: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 5:00 AM3:30 PM (Friday: 5:00 AM1:30 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.

  • Load raw materials, labels, caps, and shrink wrap into production equipment.

  • Set up labeling systems and Domino printers with accurate production information.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper packaging.

  • Maintain production logs, complete quality checks, and report equipment issues.

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas following GMP and safety standards.

  • Assist with inventory scanning, palletizing finished products, and supporting other production departments as needed.

  • Follow all company safety policies and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Process Operator, Machine Operator, or Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.

  • Stable work history (candidates with multiple recent short-term positions may not be considered).

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • English proficiency (verbal and written); bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail with basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
