Job description

First Heritage Mortgage Services, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor for its mortgage company. The Mortgage Processor position is responsible for the processing and underwriting of various loan applications. This is a hybrid position at our Neshaminy Interplex office location.
DUTIES
The Mortgage Processor is responsible for processing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and PHFA loans according to the Investor guidelines. Identify and recommend alternative loan structuring and financing solutions, ensuring all information is accurate in the loan origination system; including FHA Connection, and assist in responding to the Quality Control Audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in mortgage lending and have current advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and PHFA programs and guidelines. Must have well-developed communication skills and the ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities.
